1 Member Eligibility

444cuci services are restricted to individuals who meet the following requirements:

2 Account Registration

Each member is only permitted to hold one (1) account at 444cuci. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password.
• 444cuci will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your own negligence.
• Any changes to your account information must be reported to our support team immediately.
• Sharing your account with any other individual is prohibited.

3 Deposits & Payments

8 Account Suspension & Closure

444cuci reserves the right to suspend or close any account for the following reasons:

• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Account closure requested by the member themselves for self-exclusion purposes.
• Instructions from relevant regulatory authorities.

Members may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the 444cuci support team via live chat. Any valid remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal once all verification checks are completed.

9 Limitation of Liability

444cuci will not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to:

• Service disruptions due to scheduled maintenance or circumstances beyond our control.
• Financial losses resulting from game outcomes that did not go in your favour.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your password.
• Any technical failure on your device or internet connection that affects your game session.

The maximum liability of 444cuci to any member is limited to the total actual deposits made by that member within the thirty (30) days prior to the claim being made.

10 Terms Amendment

444cuci reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on this website.

• Members will be notified via in-platform notices of any material changes.
